Now that Santa has come and gone, gifts open and the leftovers in the fridge, it’s time to start looking toward the New Year. Before we do that, though, we can’t help but to look back on the year that seemed to fly by. Did we accomplish everything that we set out to do? If you’re anything like me, you start out like gang busters and that slack off.
I did join a gym and stuck with it, though not consistent. And as expected, I did finish a creative writing course and recieved a deploma. We also, sometimes, engage in a project that we didn’t plan on. After I recieved my deploma, I enrolled in a second writing course. A short while later, I started this blog. Which again, I’m not consistent with, but plan on changing that. Even though I did not plan on doing this, I’m glad I did. In a short time I have seen much improvment in myself, and as a result, my confidence has risen greatly.
With every New Year we get a chance to start over in a way; to make ourself better than the year before. No matter what you plan on doing, or do anything that just comes up, the object is, and alway will be, to better ourselves in the long run. Enjoy the New Year.
